1. No water coming out of the faucet

a. The battery voltage is too low and you need to replace the sensor as it may cause a short circuit.
b. If the battery voltage is between 5.4-6.4 V, the battery is dead and you should also replace it. One thing you should remember is that the battery life of a sensor faucet is 2-5 years.
c. If you have a new battery or the voltage is above 6.2 V, you should test the tap on the test line.


2. Water does not keep flowing
If the water continues to flow despite closing the valve, or if there is a continuous leak, it means that dirt has entered the valve, causing the valve to not close completely.
To avoid this, you should install a one-way valve that does not allow backflow and a garbage filter that directly supplies water to the faucet.
3. The sensor has a flashing red light

4. The battery is draining quickly
