The faucet cold extrusion valve body process divides the valve body into two parts: the outer shell and the valve core seat. The outer shell adopts the copper tube cold extrusion process, and the valve core seat adopts the forging process.
Zinc clad copper valve body process
The valve body shell is made of zinc alloy material + copper valve core seat. The valve core, valve core seat and shell are fixed together by the valve core pressure cap. The machining requirements are very high, and a slight misalignment can easily shorten the service life of the valve core.
