1. In start-up mode, briefly press the SET button.

This indicates the temperature setting, with 14 temperature settings from 45°C to 98°C.

One press adjusts the temperature by 10°C; after 85°C, it jumps directly to 90°C. From 90°C to 98°C, one press adjusts by one degree.

2. In start-up mode, press and hold the SET button for more than 2 seconds. This indicates the reheating setting button, with 4 preset temperatures: -3°C, -5°C, -7°C, and -9°C. A short press activates the auto-setting mode, with the default being 5°C reheating.

3. In off-power mode, pressing and holding the SET button for more than 5 seconds confirms the filter lifespan as 3kL or 5kL. The preset value is 5kL.

Troubleshooting Guide

Water dispenser cannot be started

The water dispenser is not dispensing water

1. The water dispenser is out of water and cannot dispense water.

2. There is air in the hot water pipe.

3. The inlet valve is closed.

4. The inlet pipe is twisted or blocked.

2. Repeatedly press the power button → hot water button to expel air.

3. Open all water inlet valves.

4. Ensure the pipes are not twisted or knotted, preventing flow restriction.

Hot water doesn't hot and the temperature can't rise.

1. Start the temperature setting and set the heating temperature.
