How to Install a 4-in-1 Boiling Water Tap?

LS500DT41P is a 4 in 1 pull-down multifunctional mechanical tap with Swan spout, supplying boiling water, filtered water, and domestic hot &cold water in three water ways.

• Shut off the water supply

• Taking the faucet from packaging box and position seven hoses into mounting hole one by one. See Fig.1

• Position seven hoses through the triangel cushion(E) firstly, then place the rubber washer(F) and metal washer(G) through the screw stem(C) and fixed by mounting nut(H). See Fig.2

Please note: Pass the 3 hoses with nuts and pull-down hose FIRSTLY and then pass 4 hoses without nuts to facilitate installation

• Adjusting the faucet at correct direction, and tighten the mounting nut(H) with wrench (I). See Fig.3

• Install the three-way connector (J) to the cold water angel valve and connect the cold water supply hose (P) (with label ① /blue color) to one side of three-way connector (J). Connect the hot supply hose (O) (with label  ②/orange color) to hot water valve with an adjustable wrench. See Fig.4

• Connect the supply hose (R) (with label  ⑥/blue color) to the other side of three-way connector (J) and filter. Connect supply hose (K) (with label ④ /green color) to the filter. the See Fig.5

• Connect the pull-down hose (Q) (with label ⑨/white color) with four-way connector (T), and mount the counter-weight (D) on the hose with mark label. Please note that location pin of pull-down hose must align with location hole of four-way connector. If you fit the location pin difficulty, please change direction to align. See Fig.6.

• Connect the outlet hose (M) (with label ⑦/white color) and outlet hose (N) (with label ⑧/white color) to the four-way connector (T). See Fig.7

• Connect the supply hose (L) (with label ⑤/green color) with hot tank. Connect the outlet hose (S) (with label ③/red color) to the hot tank and one side of four-way connector (T). See Fig.8

• Put in order all hoses under counter to avoid disorder, and install the counter-weight (D) to the pull-down hose (Q). Leave enough space for pull-down hose to avoid influencing the function of pull-down. See Fig.9

• Turn on the hot/cold water angle valve and check every joints leakage. See Fig.10

• Sliding out the pick on the left round handle and turning the round handle clockwise at the same time, it will come out with the boiled and filtered water.  And turning the round handle counter-clockwise, it will come out with the cold and filtered water.
